Do I have to be a chef to enjoy your gift boxes?
No! Each box comes with easy-to-follow recipes and serving suggestions from our very own Chef Sergio Vitale, but you don't have to be an expert to enjoy the delicious artisanal foods inside each box. Just start snacking!
Where does AldosGifts.com ship?
AldosGifts.com offers shipping throughout the United States. Shipping is not available to PO Boxes, the US territories, APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Can I include a note with my order?
You can include a gift message during the checkout process.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Not at the present time. However, our gift box packaging is designed to impress! Our heavy-duty boxes are all shipped with a bright red gift label on the outside of the box. Add a gift note with your order during checkout and it will be included inside your gift box!
Can I use an Aldo's restaurant Gift Card to make a purchase from Aldo's Gifts?
No. Gift cards for Aldo's Ristorante Italiano may only be redeemed for restaurant dining at Aldo's. We eagerly look forward to reopening the restaurant soon. We call on our Mayor to lift his Executive Order/ban on indoor dining as soon as possible to allow restaurants to safely serve guests once again. Thank you for your patience!
I Just Placed My Order. When Will It Ship?
We ship Monday through Friday. Under normal circumstances, orders placed Monday through Thursday will ship the following business day (we are unable to ship on Saturday or Sunday). Orders placed after 12pm EST on Friday will ship the following Monday. Delays may occur due to order volume, product availability, or other circumstances. Please note that expedited shipping methods do NOT guarantee same day shipping and do NOT include the processing time before the order ships. You may check the status of your order by visiting the section My Orders at your AldosGifts.com account.
When will my order arrive once it ships?
The transit time for your order is usually between 1 to 5 business days depending on the shipping method. You’ll also receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Ground shipping estimates are not guaranteed; delays can occur due to weather, mechanical delays, incorrect delivery information and other issues. Once an order has shipped, AldosGifts.com is not responsible for any carrier delays or interruptions.
Can you make sure that no prices are shown in my order?
All orders are shipped with a packing list to confirm that all contents were shipped, but there is never any pricing or payment information included.
I like one of your pre-made gift boxes, but I wish it included a different item. Can I make a substitution?
Items included in our curated gift boxes cannot be removed or substituted.
How do I know that my order was placed?
Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the details of your order and a unique confirmation number. Please review the information to make sure it’s correct. If you don’t see the email within a few minutes of placing the order, check your junk mail or other folders.
How can I check the status of my order?
If you were logged in with an account when you placed your order, log in and click on My Account; you’ll be able to see your full order history, including your current order status. If you are unable to see your current order status, contact us at info@AldosItaly.com.
Do I need to create an account to shop at AldosGifts.com? How do I register?
Creating an account is an easy and convenient way to save shipping and billing information, view current order status, and record past orders. You may also check out as a guest if you don’t wish to create an account at this time.
Can I purchase your products over the telephone and have them shipped?
We do not accept telephone orders. Shipping is available for online purchases.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, your order may be cancelled during the process stage. However, once it moves to shipping, it cannot be cancelled. Reach out to our customer service team, and we will confirm your order status. Please contact us right away at info@AldosItaly.com.
I just realized that I entered the wrong shipping address! Can I fix it?
If you notice an error in the shipping address, please reach out to us right away. While we cannot guarantee that the information can be updated, it’s possible as long as the order has not been prepared for shipment. We are only responsible for shipping to the address as entered. We cannot modify or redirect orders once they are shipped.
Can I set my order to ship at a later date?
At this time, we cannot set orders to ship at a specified future date. Orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible.
I’m having trouble completing my order. What should I do?
We recommend using the most up-to-date version of your preferred browser (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Safari, Mozilla, etc.). Try logging out and back in, then restart the checkout process. What is your return policy?
Due to the rapidly evolving COVID-19 pandemic, we are unable to accept returns on any of our products.

There’s a problem with one of the items I ordered
Our gift boxes are hand-packed and triple checked by our team before shipment. However, if an item is missing from your order or you have received a damaged item, please contact us at info@AldosItaly.com with both a description and a photo of the damaged item.
